Alumni Portal

If your resignation is complete, your former Member Portal has been suspended and archived. While you can no longer log in, your documents are still available.

How to Access Your Documents

You can retrieve your certificates and documents at any time from the Alumni Portal.

  1. Use the search bar on this page with your Member ID to find your records.
  2. Enter the password provided in your resignation approval email.

Can't Find Your Portal?

Please note that this feature may not be available to everyone. You may be unable to find your portal if:

  • Your membership ended before October 2025.
  • Your account is otherwise ineligible for this service.

If you believe this is an error or have any questions, please contact our support.

Please enter your Member ID to search. The system will automatically retrieve your information as soon as you type it in. You don't need to press Enter.  If your portal does not pop up i.e. the information you provided is incorrect or we couldn't find your information in our database. Please check and try again or contact our support.
