About BOVA
The Burmese Orchid Volunteer Account (BOVA) provides access to Burmese Orchid internal services for Burmese Orchid volunteers.
With just one account, you can access many different services.
- Use to access benefits and privileges
You can use your Volunteer ID Card, i.e. in the account, to access Burmese Orchid benefits and privileges.
- Access services online
With an account, you can log in to Burmese Orchid workspace website and access our services.
Your membership at Burmese Orchid starts immediately after the Department of the Administration and Human Resources sends you an Appointment Letter. You can renew your membership by at least for 3 months or up to 12 months. You have to renew your membership in advance 2 weeks before it expires.
Membership expiration date is not relating to your membership resignation. You need to give a resignation letter to the organisation even your membership has expired.

It’s simple and easy. Typically, you will receive your BOVA when you are admitted to volunteer at Burmese Orchid and/or renew your membership.
The external users can't see the information; the Burmese Orchid saves about you. The account is designed with the features that help prevent theft and fraud.
