No, Not really. To receive a certificate, you must have completed at least 120 working hours (calculated as 3 months × 4 weeks/month × 5 days/week × 2 hours/day). To qualify for a Letter of Recommendation, you need a minimum of 160 working hours (4 months × 4 weeks/month × 5 days/week × 2 hours/day).
When can I resign?
You may resign from your position and withdraw your membership after completing a minimum tenure of three months. If you resign before this period, you will be subject to a fine imposed by the Department of Administration & HR.
