About

The General Assembly is the main pillar of the Burmese Orchid and is responsible for the activities of the entire Burmese Orchid. It is the pillar that examines the tasks of executives in order to be effective and successful in working on aspects such as youth rights and opportunities.

The roles and responsibilities of the General Assembly are to -

  1. submission, discussion and deciding of draft policy;
  2. deciding and discussion on the policies approved by the Central Executive Board; rules and regulations and projects;
  3. discussion and deciding regarding the issues that should be carried out by the general assembly;
  4. discussing, deciding and recording the reports submitted to the general assembly;
  5. raising, discussing and deciding concerns regarding the issues that should be carried out by the general assembly;
  6. asking questions and answering;
  7. carrying out the issues regarding matters approved by the speaker of the general assembly.
