Managed by the Department of Information and Communication Technology and overseen by the Secretariat, the Burmese Orchid Management System (BOMS), an Internal Website, serves as a centralized platform for volunteer coordination, communication, and information sharing.
Designed with accessibility and user experience in mind, this internal site provides volunteers with secure access to essential resources, training materials, schedules, project updates, and organizational policies. BOMS promotes transparency, efficiency, and inclusiveness by ensuring digital tools and content are accessible to all volunteers, regardless of ability or background.
Through BOMS, the ICT Department ensures seamless digital support, while the Secretariat provides oversight to maintain alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and governance standards.
