The President is shown almost all of his correspondence on a daily basis by his Chief of Staff, and he takes a keen interest in the emails he receives.
How to email to The President?

If you wish to write a formal email, you can open with 'Dear Sir/ Mr. President' and close the letter with the form 'I have the honour to be, Sir, Your Honourable’s humble and obedient volunteer'.
This traditional approach is by no means obligatory. You should feel free to write in whatever style you feel comfortable.
REMEMBER! Whenever you email to the President, you must add his Chief of Staff’s email address, “chiefofstaff@executive.burmeseorchid.org” at Cc. in the email.
Correspondence which will not receive a response
As a leader of the youth organisation, his honourable does not intervene in any political situation in the country or personal disputes with the volunteers of Burmese Orchid, and emails asking him to do so will receive a standard reply to this effect.

Correspondence which will not receive a response
As a vice leader of the youth organisation, her honourable does not intervene in any executive affairs of the Organisation, unless i.e. an exemption, personal disputes with the volunteers of Burmese Orchid or politics in the country, and emails asking her to do so will receive a standard reply to this effect.
